"Time To Race" by Aidan S-W

This is Aidan's first story that he wrote all by himself. All I had to do was give him a box of old tractor-feed printer paper, and that was enough to inspire him.

He is currently working on his second novella, minus pictures, he said. I guess he wants to make one of those respectable books that has no pictures to make sure he's attracting the right intellectual crowd...

Time To Race

Once upon a time, there was a boy.
He wanted to race.
Soon, he found someone to race with.

The boy asked the person, "Will you race?"
The person said, "Yes."
Then, they said, "Ready, Set, Go!"

They ran and ran.
They did not stop.

The End

Update 10-18-07

Aidan took his book to school for Show and Tell, and Teacher Mary has it out and displayed so anyone can read it during Free Choice Time.

We loved your story and didn't even need Mom's cheat sheet. Your writing is very impressive - keep it up.
